1. Product Refunds

• Refunds are subject to product condition and warranty terms.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Installed / Custom Projects

• Solar systems and custom installations are non-refundable once installation has started.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
